Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu to Chame
You'll travel by jeep from Kathmandu to Chame, heading through Besisahar and passing terraced farmland and small villages along the way. The route offers views of snow-capped Annapurna and Manaslu mountains throughout the drive, giving you a sense of the landscape ahead before the trekking begins.

Landmarks Annapurna Manaslu - Day 2
Chame to Lower Pisang
This day involves trekking along the Marsyangdi River, stopping at Bratang and Chemyau Kharka where there's a memorial to Japanese climber Akira Ochiai. After that you'll walk through forests and reach Lower Pisang, then make a short acclimatization hike up to Upper Pisang before heading back down to sleep at Lower Pisang for the night.

Lower Pisang to Manang
You'll trek from Lower Pisang to Braga, a distinctive Tibetan village with traditional architecture that stands out from other settlements in the region. From there, continue on to Manang where you can see the largest Gompa in the area and take in views of Mt. Chulu and Gangapurna as you settle in for the evening.

Manang
Today is set aside for acclimatization in Manang. You have the option to take a short hike to Bhojo Gumba or Gangapurna Lake, and then walk around town to explore and let your body adjust before moving to higher elevations. This rest day helps prepare you for the terrain ahead.

Manang to Thorong Phedi
You'll trek for about 4 hours to Ledar, then continue toward Thorong Phedi at the base of Thorong Himal. Depending on weather, you'll either stop at Thorong Phedi or push on to High Camp, positioning yourself for the pass crossing the next day.

Thorong Phedi to Muktinath
This is the challenging day crossing Thorong La Pass, one of the world's highest passes, taking 4 to 5 hours of trekking. Along the way you'll see views of peaks over 6000m and the Kali Gandaki Valley, then make a steep descent to Muktinath with views of Mt. Dhaulagiri coming into sight.

Muktinath to Pokhara
You'll visit Muktinath Temple, a sacred site for both Buddhists and Hindus, then head to Jwala Mai Sanctuary before driving to Jomson. From Jomson, it's a drive back to Pokhara where the trek concludes and you can rest after the mountain section.
