Itinerary
- Day 1
Madrid to San Sebastian
You'll leave central Madrid hotels and head toward San Sebastian. The first stop is Zaragoza, where you'll have time to check out the Basilica of Our Lady of The Pilar and wander through the old streets. After that, you'll continue to San Sebastian for a panoramic tour that shows off the bay, La Concha beach, and the city's elegant architecture.

San Sebastian
After breakfast at your hotel, you'll take a panoramic tour of San Sebastian that covers the elegant architecture and Bay with La Concha Beach. Then you're heading up Mount Igueldo for those great city views from above. The rest of the day is yours to explore however you'd like. In the afternoon, there's an option to visit the French villages of Hondarribia and San Juan de Luz if you're interested.

San Sebastian to Santander
Following breakfast, you'll climb Mount Igueldo for final views of San Sebastian before moving on to Bilbao. Once there, you'll do a panoramic tour and get free time to check out the Guggenheim Museum's modern architecture. From Bilbao, you'll continue to Castro Urdiales, a fishing village where you can explore on your own. Later you'll travel to Santander, a port city known for Sardinero Beach and elegant streets that you'll have time to walk through.

Santander to Oviedo
You'll have breakfast and then head to Santillana, one of Spain's most significant historical and artistic towns with Romanesque architecture like the Collegiate of Santa Juliana. Next is Covadonga, where you'll have free time to see the sanctuary and grotto of Our Lady of Covadonga. Later you'll reach Oviedo to see the pre-Romanesque Santa Maria de Naranco Church, walk the pedestrian streets, and visit the Gothic Cathedral and other World Heritage sites.

Oviedo to Santiago de Compostela
After breakfast, you're traveling toward the Galician region. You'll stop in Mondoñedo with free time to see its 12th-century cathedral and try local Mondoñedo cake. Continuing on, you'll reach Lugo to see Roman vestiges and the walls that are World Heritage designated. The day ends in Santiago de Compostela, the ancient World Heritage city and one of Spain's major monumental centers, known as the center of Christian pilgrimage and the finish of the Camino de Santiago.

Santiago de Compostela
You'll start with breakfast at the hotel, then take a city tour visiting Plaza del Obradoiro and the Cathedral dedicated to the Apostle Santiago el Mayor. The rest of the day is yours to spend exploring this university city with its student atmosphere and checking out more of the World Heritage sites on your own.

Santiago de Compostela to Porto
After breakfast, you'll travel through beautiful Galician landscapes to La Toja island, known for its spa and natural beauty. You'll have free time to explore, then you'll head through the Arosa estuary into Portugal. By evening you'll arrive in Porto for your overnight stay.

- Day 8
Porto
You'll have breakfast at the hotel and take a panoramic tour of this World Heritage city, seeing the Cathedral, Stock Exchange building, and Church of Santa Clara. After that comes a scenic cruise along the Douro River where you'll see the city's historical heritage from the water. You'll also visit a Port Wine Cellar with wine tasting included. The rest of the day is free for you to do what you like.

Porto
After breakfast, you'll have the entire day free in Porto. You can explore this city on the Douro River banks at your own pace and discover more of what makes it special and interesting to visit.

Porto to Fatima
You'll have breakfast and then leave for Coimbra, home to one of Europe's oldest universities and the birthplace of Fado music, with free time to explore. Later you'll continue to Fatima, the center of Christian faith and a major pilgrimage sanctuary with the impressive Basilica and the Cova da Iria where the Virgin Mary appeared. You'll see the Chapel of the Apparitions and the tombs of the three young shepherds. In the evening, there's an option to attend a candlelight procession.

- Day 11
Fatima to Lisbon
After breakfast at your hotel, you'll visit the Batalha Monastery, a Gothic and Manueline masterpiece and World Heritage Site. Then you'll head to Nazaré, a fishing village where you'll have free time to look around. Next is Alcobaça with its Gothic church and 12th-century Cistercian monastery. You'll arrive in Lisbon for the night. In the evening, there's an option to have a traditional dinner with a Fado show featuring typical Portuguese folklore.

The afternoon is free for you to explore corners like the Alfama neighborhood, or you can take an optional excursion to the World Heritage sites of Sintra and Cascais.

After breakfast, you'll depart for Cáceres, a World Heritage city showing an architectural mix of Romanesque, Islamic, Gothic, and Italian Renaissance styles. You'll walk through the old town, Medieval Quarter, and Plaza Mayor. Then you'll head back to Madrid, bringing your tour to an end.
