Your company falsely advertised and deceived me. if I knew it was going to be 51 people instead of 35 people I wouldn't have booked my trip through your company. Tried blame Omega tours. Where is Tourradar's accountability? My trip was horrible. Tour bus smelled urine whole trip because I was seated near the toilet. Guide was not knowledgeable. Often times I had to asked him where we were. Breakfast were horrible. Lots of confusions because we were mixed up with other groups and long lines, frozen butter, cold coffee was served. Checked into the hotel, not enough rooms and had to move to different hotel in Vancouver, etc. I will never deal with TourRader in the future. You are going to hear about my case from now on. So when things go wrong you have to deal with 3 companies that say it is not their fault. TourRadar stated max of 32 group. We had 52. The tour guide was nice and tour was ok. Hotels were disgusting with homeless on the sidewalks. Sandman was under construction and did not have enough rooms. They sent a few of us to another hotel they made us come back the next day. So check in then out then in again. Spent hours in the lobby waiting for resolution.
