- Day 1
Istanbul
You'll arrive in Istanbul and get transferred to your hotel. After that, the rest of your day is open so you can settle into your room, rest from the flight, or head out and start exploring the city on your own if you have the energy.

Istanbul
Following breakfast at the hotel, you'll take a sightseeing tour hitting Istanbul's main sites like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome, and Topkapi Palace. From there you'll have time to walk through the Grand Bazaar and soak in the local shopping scene. Your evening opens up so you can relax at your hotel or take an optional Bosphorous cruise with dinner if that interests you.

- Day 3
Istanbul to Cappadocia
After heading to Istanbul airport, you'll take your included flight to Kayseri and then drive into Cappadocia's otherworldly landscape. You'll see Devrent Valley with its animal-shaped rock formations, check out the mushroom pinnacles at Pasabagi, visit the pottery village of Avanos, and explore the centuries-old cave churches at Goreme open-air museum. By evening you'll return to your hotel.

- Day 4
Cappadocia to Istanbul
Start early with an optional hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia (you book and pay locally). Then you'll do a scenic hike through Ihlara Valley and visit Selime's carved-out citadel and ancient churches. Later you'll explore Yaprakhisar village and Pigeon Valley before descending into Derinkuyu Underground City to see the dwellings, churches, and old structures carved into the rock. After that, you'll transfer to Kayseri airport for your included flight back to Istanbul.
