Itinerary
- Day 1
Los Mochis to El Fuerte
You'll arrive in Los Mochis and head to the colonial town of El Fuerte for check-in at Posada Hidalgo, a restored hacienda with tropical courtyards and a pool. If you get in before 9pm, you'll have time to walk around town, visit the Mayo Indian museum, or book a river cruise. Those arriving later stay overnight in Los Mochis instead.

El Fuerte to Cerocahui via Chepe Express Train
At 9:30am you'll head to the train station and board the Chepe Express for a 563-kilometer journey through the Sierra Madre Mountains. The luxury train has reclining seats, a bar, lounge with panoramic views, a double-story restaurant car, and Wi-Fi. After disembarking at Bahuichivo, you'll transfer to Hotel Misión in Cerocahui. The afternoon is free to walk through the village, check out the mission church, cemetery, and lumberyard.

Copper Canyon
After breakfast you'll travel through dramatic landscapes to Copper Canyon. The morning includes a tour of Urique Overlook with the deepest and most expansive canyon views, then you'll head to Mirador Hotel on the rim for balcony views. Later in the afternoon you'll see Divisadero Overlook and the Adventure Park.

- Day 4
Divisadero to Chihuahua
You'll leave Divisadero and travel by land to Chihuahua. Along the way you'll stop at Mennonite camps to tour the facilities and visit the museum, plus you'll have a chance to sample their handmade cheese and cookies.

Chihuahua Departure
After your time in the Sierra Madre and Copper Canyon, you'll head out from Chihuahua. The transfer to Chihuahua Airport is included with your tour, so you'll wrap up your trip and head to the airport.
