Itinerary
- Day 1
Anchorage
You'll get picked up from Anchorage International Airport and head to your hotel to settle in. Later that evening, you'll meet your Travel Director and the rest of the group at a Welcome Dinner, so it's a good chance to get to know everyone as the trip kicks off.

- Day 2
Anchorage to Talkeetna
Start with a guided tour around Anchorage, then head to the Alaska Native Heritage Center where you'll get to make Agutak, a traditional Inuit ice cream. From there, you'll drive through Matanuska Valley to see local farms growing those huge award-winning vegetables the region's known for. After that, you'll head to Talkeetna at the base of Mount Denali, and your evening is yours to do whatever you'd like in town.

Talkeetna
You'll take a jet boat up the Chulitna River and visit a trapper's cabin to learn about hunting and trapping in Interior Alaska. The rest of the day is open so you can wander around Talkeetna on your own, or if you're interested, there are optional activities available for you to join.

Talkeetna to Denali National Park
You'll board the Alaska Railroad and ride in a glass-domed rail car heading toward Denali National Park for great scenery the whole way. During the journey, you'll meet a local climber who'll share stories about climbing Mount Denali. At dinner, you get to choose whether you want to eat at a local brewery or at the lodge's rustic restaurant as part of a Dine-Around evening.

- Day 5
Denali National Park
You'll spend the day in Denali National Park exploring across 6 million acres with tundra, boreal forest, and ice-capped mountains. You can pick between taking it easy on meadow walks, going for more rewarding hikes, or doing optional activities like rafting and helicopter tours. Back at the lodge, you'll have dinner with views of the surrounding landscape under the stars.

- Day 6
Denali to Girdwood
You'll travel down the George Parks Highway to Big Lake to visit Martin Buser, a four-time Iditarod winner, at his home. You'll get to meet his sled dog team of 30 to 60 dogs and hear his stories from 35 years of racing in the Iditarod. After that, you'll drive along scenic Seward Highway to Girdwood and cap off the trip with a Celebration Dinner with your Travel Director.
