I wish I had more stars to give you! Even if this hadn’t turned up in my email, I would have written to tell you what a fantastic experience we had. I had no idea what to expect for accommodations, being unfamiliar with Riads, but they were all gorgeous, clean and staffed with wonderful people. Achmed, our guide, was FANTASTIC, which meant a great deal, as you can imagine for all of those days being in the car with him for so many hours. Both of the walking guides for the 2 days that we did walking tours were superbly knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve already recommended this company to everyone. From someone who incense worked booking tours, I can tell you that this was 1st class!

Overall, the tour hit all the highlights and included everything I was interested in seeing (Chefchaouen, Fes, Sahara Desert, and Marrakech). The transport was comfortable and spacious, and the drivers/guides were very kind, respectful, and professional. However, at times I wished they had offered more information about the sites I was seeing. I went to Volubilis, and I was expecting more of an informational session or a guided tour of the place which didn't happen, though it wasn't that big of a deal. But generally, I wish they had volunteered more information at all the stops we made. Accommodation was amazing, and each place was very unique with incredibly hospitable staff and I never would have stayed in these lovely places without booking this tour. I also very much enjoyed the night in the Sahara Desert (camel ride, dinner, and wonderful Berber music under the stars) complete with a breathtaking view of the sunrise in the morning. Unfortunately, I did not like my separate guide for Fes as he acted very annoyed to be having to give me a tour like he couldn't be bothered. The souk streets were narrow so I had to walk behind him, and he never once looked back to see if I was OK or still with him. He just didn't seem too pleasant. And by 2 pm, I was starving (he didn't break for lunch) so he finally let me stop by a bakery to buy a piece of bread. But on the contrary, my Marrakech guide was phenomenal. He took me to very special places within the souks, and I felt like I was able to see a more authentic (less touristy) side of Morocco. He was very kind and passionate about his work and explained the Bahia Palace with a lot of interesting detail. And overall, I greatly appreciate Ali's efforts. He was the supervisor, and he was always available through WhatsApp and answered all my questions with no delay. Everything was well organized, and I did not have any problems checking into my rooms, meeting guides, or getting transport to the airport at the end. He was wonderful in making sure I was well taken care of. But I loved Morocco and the people and the gorgeous sites. Amazing place to visit!!

Looking for a three day, two night desert tour from Fez to Marrakech. Does not need to be private. Just curious about availability and accommodations (e.g., camping each night, and if so, in what kind of tent/setup)?

It is possible to do 3 days from Fes to Marrakech but we only do private tour right now. Accommodations will either be luxury type or standard type. For tent will be luxury tent which means its tent with private bathroom and shower but standard tent the bathroom and shower will be shared.

I have a couple of questions before I book, if you could help me with it would be much appreciated. 1) the tours do not mention the hotels or camp we will be staying at, could you supply that information prior to booking 2) my friend and I DO NOT want to ride camels. I do not see mention of that in this tour. If there is a camel ride, can we opt out of it? 3) the accomadations at the camp tent do not have a luxury opt in..is that because it's already included in price. This trip is already more expensive than most 3 day atlas mountain trips so I was wondering if we would have our own private room at the camp and our own private bathroom?

1- the hotel you will be staying are: Night01: Layali Desert Camp Night02: Dar Ahlam Dades. Or the opposite if you start your tour from Marrakech: Night01: Dar Ahlam Dades Night02: Layali Desert Camp. 2- if you do not want to ride camel will be not the problem w,the camp is accessible as well as with 4x4 car so do not worry about that. 3- yes in the camp you will have your own private tent with shower and bathroom.

Are there any options to do this tour from marrakech to Fes? I will be flying in there. Also are there options to avoid the camel ride? To be honest I'm not comfortable with using animals in tourism.

4 days will be better to have more time and to enjoy as you can, if you can take 4 days will be better.
