    (1) The tour agent Elena from Marina Travel was very rude. After final payment, she changed our itinerary without informing us. She got attitude problem and we found it very difficult to plan our trip with her. (2) The driver was a part time,inexperience one. On day 2, he took us in the opposite direction and ended up in a wrong destination. We wasted about 3 hours on the bus for his silly mistake ! Dr Chew Tong Bee
