Itinerary
- Day 1
Wicklow and Glendalough
You'll head out on a private tour through County Wicklow to see some of the region's best scenery. Start with Lough Tay, where you get views of the lake and surrounding mountains, then move on to the Guinness Estate. From there, you'll drive through Sally Gap, a high mountain pass with dramatic views, and spend time in Wicklow Mountains National Park walking around and taking in the landscape. Later, you'll reach Glendalough in its historic valley, where you can see two lakes and St Kevin's monastic site dating back centuries. If you want, there are optional stops at Powerscourt Gardens or film locations used in Braveheart and Vikings, depending on what interests you most.
