Asked on June 1st, 2025I wanted to ask if it would be possible to join the tour as a tour manager after I book it? And would I get paid for that? Also if I would be able to work for you as a tour manager for your other trips that I don't necessarily organize. Would my flight and hotel be free as well if I come as a tour manager?

At this time, we are unable to accommodate additional tour managers on our scheduled trips, as we already have designated tour leaders assigned to each departure. These leaders are trained specifically for Intrepid's style of travel and itinerary requirements to ensure a consistent experience across all our trips.

On all of our trips even on long distance drives, we make bathroom stops are available every 1.5 to 2 hours. If passengers need to stop sooner than that, and we're in an area safe to stop with bathroom facilities available we are able to do that of course as well.

For optional activities you are more then welcome to do these on your own, you do not need to be with the group to do them. In some cases we do need a minimum number of at least 4 to participate but that is not the case for this itinerary.

They activity level is completely up to the traveler many of the North American national parks that we visit have hiking opportunities where walks up to 4 hours can be an option for you. There are often easier options too. A single supplement is available if you'd prefer not to share a room on this trip. The single supplement applies to all nights on your trip and is subject to availability. If you wanted to have this added on the additional cost would be $1,390.
