Most of all he cared about everyone and made a big effort to make our tour comfortable and smooth, also socially. The food was sufficient, but if you are a big eater like me it's nice to carry some small snacks/bottles in addition.Show more

The tour itself was incredible. Benjamin the guide was knowledgeable, keen to share information and could spot an animal on a tree when I couldn't even see the tree!!. I was lucky enough to see the big 5 plus so much more. The food produced by Colin was delicious and plentiful. All the meals were very delicious and freshly made each time. I highly recommend this tour as they will work with you if any last minute change happens, or if you need hotels or rides to/from the airport. - Mjema· February 21st, 2021Our safari with Kilimeru Safari in northern Tanzania was excellent! We loved the people and the incredible Serengeti and Tanzanian scenery, and most of all, the animals. Lions! and elephants! and giraffes! and hippos! and water buffalo! The ever-present tail-wagging gazelles, zebras, baboons, monkeys, crocodiles. Amazing birds. The wildebeest migration. Holy cow! Our Kilimeru Safari guide Joseph was both professional and very entertaining, and personable. He knew where to find all the animals, and brought us as close as could be without disturbing them. He also was a wealth of regional information, and his English was excellent. Our chef, Noel prepared great meals, both Tanzanian and western, every day. Also, maybe less noticeable, but very, very important, the logistics provided by the Kilimeru Safari Tours staff were impeccable. Arranging for airport pickup, all transfers prepaid, all park fees are taken care of. The hotels were quite good. This was a great trip, and we can't praise Kilimeru Safari enough.Show more
Trip date: September 2020 - Alexanda· February 19th, 2021Overall our trip was perfect. The team was very nice and helpful,we feel very comfortable whole the time. The food was delicious and always a lot and fresh. Our cook Charles as well was doing a great job by serving us tasty meals. Our driver and guide David is a very good man and he is very experienced.All the accommodations were great. Our tents were the biggest.
