Itinerary
- Day 1
Turin
You'll arrive in Turin, Italy's first capital, and get settled in for the evening. After going through the tour details and getting your bike ready, take a walk around the city to get a feel for the place. There's plenty to see on foot, so you'll have time to orient yourself before heading back for the night.

- Day 2
Turin to Pinerolo
Start cycling on paths and quiet roads following the Po River. You'll reach the Hunting Palace of Stupinigi, a rococo building designed by Filippo Juvarra and once used by the Savoy family. From there, continue through parks and along the river until you get to Pinerolo, known for one of Italy's top cavalry schools. It's a full day of riding but mostly flat or gentle.

Pinerolo to Saluzzo
Today's ride takes you through orchards and vineyards on beautiful cycling routes heading toward Cavour. There you'll see the Rocca castle sitting oddly on a hill in the middle of flat terrain. After that, pedal through meadows and fields into Saluzzo, a medieval town with character and history that really captures the Italian feel.

Saluzzo to Bra
You'll cycle past two notable castles, Manta and Costigliole, then stop in Benevagienna, which has roots going back to Roman times and active archaeological sites. Continue on to Cherasco and then Bra, where the Slow Food organization started. Bra's known as the capital of gourmets, so there's good reason to grab lunch here if you're hungry.

Bra to Alba
Head toward Pollenzo, another place with Roman origins that now houses a university focused on food and wine. From there, the route climbs toward Barolo, and yes, there are hills, but the region's wine makes up for the effort. You can visit wineries if that interests you. Later, ride along the Tanaro River to reach Alba, famous worldwide for its white truffles.

- Day 6
Alba to Asti
Cycle through the Roero region, passing the castles at Guarene and Cisterna along the way (you can stop at the museum if you want). By evening you'll arrive in Asti, a place packed with culture, known for sparkling wine and the Palio horse race, which works similarly to the one in Tuscany. The town has plenty of energy and history.

Asti to Turin (via Chieri)
On the final cycling day, head back toward Turin on quiet paths alongside small streams. You'll pass through tiny villages surrounded by vineyards. Stop in Chieri to celebrate finishing the tour with a toast, and then catch the train back to Turin to wrap up.
