Itinerary
- Day 1
Delhi to Rishikesh
Pack up and head out early from Delhi for a 5 to 6 hour drive to Rishikesh. You'll arrive at the ashram situated along the Ganges River, get checked in, and then settle into your room. The evening is yours to relax and adjust to your surroundings after the journey.
Landmarks Ganges River - Day 2
Rishikesh
Your first full day follows the ashram schedule from 5:00 AM through 9:30 PM. The day includes prayers early on, yoga classes, meditation sessions, and philosophy lectures alongside regular meals. Between activities, you'll have time for reading, writing in your journal, or just sitting quietly with your thoughts.

Rishikesh
Another day at the ashram with two yoga classes built into your schedule. In the afternoon, a local guide takes you on a walking tour to a nearby Himalayan village. You'll see how the community actually lives and interacts day to day, getting a real sense of village life outside the ashram grounds.

Rishikesh
You'll go through ashram activities and yoga classes as usual. In the afternoon, things shift when you head to the Ganges for white water rafting. After that thrilling time on the water, you'll join a local family for a cooking demonstration, learning their traditional methods and dishes firsthand.

Rishikesh
Another peaceful day at the ashram sticking to the full daily schedule. Two yoga classes are on the agenda, and you'll continue with meditation, pranayama, and other spiritual practices throughout the day. The pace remains steady and contemplative.

Rishikesh to Delhi
Grab an early breakfast and complete your checkout from the ashram. You'll say goodbye to the hills of Uttarakhand and head back to New Delhi by air-conditioned vehicle, bringing your retreat to a close.
