Itinerary
- Day 1
Goreme
You'll meet your guide at Goreme Panorama, where you get your first look at the cave houses carved into the landscape. From there, you're hiking through Red Valley (also called Rose Valley) for just over an hour, passing fairy-chimneys, local farms, and old pigeon houses built right into the rock. The route takes you through cave chapels too. After that walk, you'll stop in Cavusin, an old Greek village, then head to Love Valley to take photos of the distinctive rock formations. Grab lunch at some point, then you're down into Kaymakli underground city before wrapping up at Pigeon Valley, where you can see these centuries-old structures carved into the cliff face.

- Day 2
Goreme
Start the day at Goreme Open Air Museum, which is basically a monastery complex built right into the rock and it's a must-see when you're in Cappadocia. From there, you head to Pasabag, also known as Monks Valley, to check out those famous mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys. After lunch, you're heading up to Uchisar Castle, the highest point around with great views of the area. Later in the afternoon, you'll explore Devrent Valley, sometimes called Imaginery Valley because of how lunar it looks, and then you get transferred back to your hotel.

- Day 3
Goreme to Airport
You'll begin in Mustafapasa, one of the larger Greek towns in Cappadocia, then move to Keslik Monastery to see some rare iconoclastic frescoes that don't show up many other places. Next stop is the Sobessos excavation site in Sahinefendi, where you can see important Roman artifacts from digs there. After lunch, there's a hike through Soganli Valley where you'll walk past typical cave churches carved into the rock. The tour ends with a transfer to the airport, so you'll wrap things up and head out.
