- Day 1
Pula
You'll land at Pula Airport and meet your local rep who sorts out car rental. From there, it's a drive to your hotel and check-in. Pula itself is worth wandering around, especially if you're interested in the history and food scene that this coastal town offers. The area has plenty of cultural spots to see. You can book a private guided tour if you want someone to show you around, or just explore on your own.

- Day 2
Pula to Rijeka/Opatija/Lovran
After breakfast, you'll check out and head toward Kvarner Bay. The drive takes you through Opatija, which has nice coastal views and is worth a stop if you want to explore. A private guide is available here too. Then you'll continue to your accommodation somewhere in the Rijeka, Opatija, or Lovran area. The beaches in this region are popular with good reason.

Kvarner Bay to Split
You've got breakfast at the hotel, then it's a coastal drive to Split. Zadar sits along this route and has interesting architecture mixing old and new city elements. If you have time, Biograd na Moru and Šibenik are nearby options that lead to national parks like Paklenica and Krka. Once you reach Split, check in and settle in. The local terraces are good for relaxing after driving.

- Day 5
Split to Plitvice Lakes
After breakfast, you'll drive to Plitvice Lakes National Park. This is a UNESCO site and honestly one of Croatia's must-see natural spots. Dense forests surround the lakes, and you'll see cascading waterfalls and pathways to walk at your own pace. The whole setup is really designed for just wandering around and taking your time. A private guide can be arranged if you'd rather have someone explain what you're seeing.

- Day 6
Plitvice to Poreč
Breakfast first, then you're heading west along the coast toward Porec. The drive shows off white sandy beaches that stretch on both sides. Porec has that mix of old coastal town charm with historical sites and newer spots to visit. After exploring here or nearby Rovinj with a private guide if you want, you'll drive back to Pula for the night.
