Also personable and approachable and treated us as individuals.The hotels were all good in regard to location space facilities and nice helpful staff also cleanliness. We went on 2 excsursions but the one to Palace of the Holyrood I understand dinner took 2.5 hours and not good. The farewell dinner in EDI- 2 out of 3 choices were not satisfactory although those of us who have the chicken thought it it was just fine.
