Arrival in Resia
You'll arrive at your hotel in Resia and get settled in for the week. This is where your cycling tour through South Tyrol starts, and you'll get a welcome briefing to learn how everything's organized and what to expect on the road ahead.

- Day 2
Resia to Sluderno
Your cycling adventure begins with rides past Lake Resia and Lake Haidersee, where you can jump in for a swim if the weather's nice. You'll ride through mountain scenery toward Glurns, which happens to be South Tyrol's smallest town, then continue to Sluderno. If you're interested in history, Churburg Castle has an impressive private collection of armor worth checking out along the way.

Sluderno to Silandro
You'll cycle through the Biotope Prader Sand, one of the region's last natural meadow areas, and then head to Laas where white marble gets quarried from the mountains. Stop for some local Venostra apricots or jam to taste before pedaling through fruit orchards toward Silandro. Once there, you can see the country's highest church tower and cool off at the outdoor pool, which has a 3-metre diving platform if you're feeling adventurous.

- Day 4
Silandro to Naturno
The ride takes you through the Venostra region with apple blossoms and fruit farms all around. You'll pass through small villages on the way to Latsch, where the AquaForum water park has pools and a 50-metre tube slide if you want to take a break. After that, continue past Kastelbell's palace and head to Naturno, which has an adventure pool with a giant slide and a fun adventure train station nearby.

Landmarks Kastelbell - Day 5
Naturno to Merano
This is an easier day of riding on flat ground along the Adige river dam, with the Merano valley and mountains providing nice views the whole way. You'll pass through Rabland-habitat pond for a break and then by Algrund's outdoor swimming pool before reaching Merano. Once you arrive, explore this cultural town with its Mediterranean feel, or if you want to see fruit and wine areas, you can cycle into the nearby Passiria Valley instead.

- Day 6
Merano to Bolzano
If you're interested, start with a visit to Merano's thermal springs before your final ride. You'll cycle downhill alongside the Adige river with apple plantations on both sides all the way to Bolzano, South Tyrol's main city. Check out the Natural History Museum or the Archeology Museum to learn about Ötzi, a famous historical figure from the region. Lana is worth a quick stop along the route if you want to see some palaces and old castle ruins.
