Today you cycle through pleasant vineyard routes and the Rhine valley toward Speyer, a cathedral city worth seeing. From there, you'll ride through Schwetzingen to check out the royal palace and its beautiful park, then continue on through the valley to Heidelberg, which sits as the home of Germany's oldest university.
