Salzburg
Start with a welcome briefing and get your bike fitted properly. After that, take a walk through Getreidegasse, the famous shopping street, and cross over Residenzplatz square to get your bearings in Salzburg.

Salzburg to Mondsee
Cycle along the Salzach river following the old Ischler railway route to Eugendorf. From there, you'll head across meadows to Thalgau at the base of the Drachenwand rock massif. Later, ride the lakeside cycle path to Mondsee, which you might recognize from the Sound of Music.

Mondsee to Traunkirchen
Ride along Lake Mondsee's shore toward Lake Attersee, the largest lake in the region. You'll travel by boat or bike through Nussorf and Seewlachen, then past Lake Traunsee to Gmunden with its famous palace. After that, continue to Traunkirchen for the night.

- Day 4
Traunkirchen to Hallstatt
Cycle along Lake Traunsee's edge to Ebensee, then follow the Traun river to Bad Ischl with its Imperial heritage sites. You'll pass through Bad Goisern and ride along Lake Hallstatt to reach Hallstatt itself, a lovely lakeside town where you'll stay in the village centre.

- Day 5
Hallstatt to St. Wolfgang
Head back along the Traun river toward Bad Ischl and stop at Café Zauner to try local sweets, including the Gugelhupf cake that Emperor Franz Josef and Sissi enjoyed. Continue cycling along Lake Wolfgang and arrive at your hotel, the Weißen Rössl.

St. Wolfgang
This day is yours to choose how you spend it on Lake Wolfgang. Take a cog railway up Mount Schafberg for views across the lakes, go for a boat ride on the water, or simply swim in the clear lake. It's flexible based on what sounds good to you.

- Day 7
St. Wolfgang to Salzburg
Ride the bike path to St. Gilgen and the deep blue Fuschlsee. From there, continue to Lake Hintersee and cycle through the scenic Strubklamm and Glasenbachklamm gorges into the Salzachtal valley. Before heading into Salzburg, you can detour to Schloss Hellbrunn if time allows.
