    The worst experience no information was provided to tell us the dyhabya cannot sail from Aswan to Luxor we were being pulled by a tug boat plus we were the only 2 passengers on the boat and both females in a foreign country with only male crew

    Although at first glance this may not be the biggest boat on the Nile River, it was by far the most authentic, comfortable and warm filled atmosphere I could have wished for on The Nile River. The crew was so friendly, The rooms super comfortable, the food delicious and just so peaceful to be there! 💕

      We are planning a trip for 2025 late March early April, I don't see a schedule for that time when I try to book. What day of the week do you depart from Aswan?

      Unfortunately we don't have the schedule for our dahabyias in the new year 2025 yet. The dahabyias usually set the new schedules in November once it set we will open the exact dates for sailing on the calendar for tourradar.

      We highly recommend to book Nile cruise instead as it's guaranteed not like the dahabyias, sometimes the dahabyias don't sail last minute.

    • Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before August 15th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 15th, 2025, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Egyptology Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Egyptology Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Egyptology Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
