- Day 1
Madrid
You'll arrive at Madrid airport and get transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to settle in and relax. This evening, you'll meet your tour director and the group for a welcome tapas dinner at a local restaurant.

- Day 2
Madrid
After breakfast, a guided tour takes you through Madrid's key spots including Barrio de la Morerería, the Habsburgs District, Plaza Mayor, Plaza de la Villa, Royal Palace, Cibeles and Neptuno Fountains, Puerta de Alcalá, Gran Vía, Castellana, Salamanca district, and Santiago Bernabéu Football Stadium. You'll try chocolate with churros during the tour. The afternoon is free time to do what you want.

- Day 3
Madrid to Córdoba
You'll head to Mérida after breakfast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where you'll see Roman ruins like the Theatre and Amphitheatre. From there, the drive continues to Córdoba, which was once the capital of the Caliphate.

- Day 4
Córdoba to Seville
After breakfast, you'll check out the Cordoba Mosque and then walk through the narrow streets of the Jewish Quarter. In the afternoon, you'll travel to Seville and have dinner with Andalusian cuisine at a local restaurant with your fellow travelers.

- Day 5
Seville
You'll start with a guided city tour of Seville covering the Cathedral (the second largest in the Catholic world after St. Peter's in Rome), the Santa Cruz quarter, and Maria Luisa Park with Plaza de España. The afternoon leaves you free to explore on your own.

Seville to Ronda
After breakfast, you're heading south through Andalusian villages to Jerez. You'll visit the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art and do wine tasting at a local winery. Then you'll continue to Ronda and visit LA Organic olive oil production facility to taste their organic oil. The rest of the day is yours.

- Day 7
Ronda to Tangier
You'll leave Ronda after breakfast and head toward Gibraltar, stopping at ON THE ROCKS for some free time exploring. From there, you take the ferry to Tangier to get your first taste of Morocco. Later, you'll transfer to Tetouan, called 'The White Dove' for its UNESCO-recognized Medina. Dinner and accommodation are in Tetouan.

- Day 8
Tetouan to Fez
After breakfast, you'll take a panoramic tour of Tetouan before traveling to Chefchaouen, the Blue City with its blue-painted houses and streets. You'll walk through Uta El Hammam square with time to shop and grab lunch. Then you head to Fez, crossing the Rif mountains, arriving in the late afternoon. Dinner and accommodation are in Fez.

Fez
You'll spend the full day exploring Fez, founded in the 8th century and considered one of the Four Imperial Capitals. You'll see the Royal Palace gates, the Jewish quarter, and the fortress with great views of Fez el Bali. Walking through Bab Bou Jeloud gate lets you discover the medina's winding alleyways. A cooking class has you preparing couscous with local cooks, then you'll have lunch. In the afternoon, you visit nearby vineyards for wine tasting. Dinner and accommodation are in Fez.

Fez to Marrakech
You're heading to Marrakech after breakfast, traveling on the highway. In Casablanca, there's time to grab lunch and explore the city, including United Nations Square, Habous Quarter, and the outside of Hassan II Mosque. You'll arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon. Dinner and accommodation are there.

- Day 11
Marrakech
Starting with breakfast, you'll explore Marrakech beginning at the Menara Gardens with its pavilion and olive trees, then see the Koutoubia Minaret from outside (it mirrors Seville's Giralda). The Dar el Bacha Museum shows off spectacular architecture, followed by time at Jamaa el Fnaa square. In the afternoon, you'll visit artisan guilds including woodworkers, potters, tanners, and spice merchants. A traditional riad in the medina hosts a tea ceremony led by an expert who teaches you how to prepare this important Moroccan beverage. Dinner and accommodation are included.

You'll depart early for Rabat after breakfast. You'll see Morocco's capital including the Royal Palace gates, Mohamed V Mausoleum, and Hassan Tower. Dinner and accommodation are in Rabat.

Rabat to Málaga
After breakfast, you're heading to Tangier. Once there, you'll take a panoramic tour covering Cape Spartel, the palace route, and the Kasbah (where inhabitants once defended against pirate attacks). Then you'll transfer to the port for a fast catamaran to Tarifa, continuing on to Málaga. You'll stay in Málaga.

Málaga to Granada
After breakfast, you'll explore Málaga's historical and cultural attractions, from Roman remains like the theatre to Arab heritage sites including the Alcazaba and Castle of Gibralfaro. You'll continue to Granada, located between the Darro and Genil rivers at the foot of Sierra Nevada. You'll learn flamenco dancing, then attend a dinner with a flamenco show at a typical Granada venue. After dinner, you'll take in views of Granada from one of the city's viewpoints. Accommodation is in Granada.
