They said the tours were good as well. The 4 stars come as a result of communication with the tour operator. Responses were not provided in a timely manner, which means I could not relay information to my clients in a timely manner.Show more
- Joseph· September 24th, 2022Ask questions regarding the transfers to and from the different stops on the tour especially from Quito to Baños. Loved Ecuador and all the places visited. Would have given 5 stars but as mentioned the transfers and small details that make all the difference.Show more

The guides I had were very knowledgeable and personable. Next time I will ask more questions re transfer and hotels. Would recommend for the budget conscious.Show more
