Asked on December 14th, 2022Looking at December 8, 2023 departure. Any availability? If changing departure date other than December 8, 2023, are there any penalty fees for changing dates? Payment schedule? Overnight Ha-long bay cruise: does the cabin room have a small patio deck outside? After tour ends on the 15th day, is the transfer from hotel to airport included in this price? Visa and Travel Insurance: do you have contacts that can handle these for us?

Tour availability on 8 December 2023. If you change the date before 30 days without charge. After booking package we will charge 30% and balance paid before 60 days. Cabin without balcony, can request balcony for 10$/person surcharge. After tour we arrange private car pick up and drop off at airport. Visa excluded but can help with approval letter on arrival. Travel insurance you buy by yourself.
