Overall experience was okay thanks to all input from the lodge facility and the guides who actually carries out the drives and all. If I had to rate experience with tour radar, that would be rated BAD .. since I had planned all of this months back and down to the last minute my plans and all the expectations I made for myself which I paid in full for were turned down. At a point I felt I was being fooled. I do understand that for agents and such persons this is treated as a job.. but when offering a once in a lifetime experience, the plans.. expectations and money someone would have put into it should matter a little more. This is the continuation of my complaint to the company and am expecting to receive compensation for the mess created out of negligence which I am not at fault for!

- For any tour departing before December 29th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after December 29th, 2025, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Timeline Travel DMC. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
