Your day starts at 9:30 AM when Outshine Adventure picks you up for a full tour of Kathmandu's main religious and cultural sites. First stop is Kathmandu Durbar Square where you'll see the historic palace complex and its impressive architecture spread across the plaza. From there you head to Boudhanath Stupa, one of Nepal's largest stupas and a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its massive dome and prayer wheels. Next comes Pashupatinath Temple situated on the Bagmati River, one of Hinduism's holiest temples where your guide explains the spiritual importance. The tour finishes at Swayambhunath Stupa on a hilltop overlooking the city where you can take in panoramic views and see the monkeys that give it the nickname 'Monkey Temple'. Throughout the day your guide shares details about the cultural and religious significance of each location. You'll head back to Outshine Adventure in the evening.
