Swallow TravelOperator•Written June 2023When you arrive at NOI BAI airport, our driver will hold a board with your name and our company name on it – Swallow travel at the exit gate then transfer you to the hotel safely. If you don't see the driver, please go to Column 10 outside the exit gate, and contact us. We will call the driver to come to your place. There is free Wi-Fi at the airport. We will send you 3 phone numbers before the trip starts. You can contact us in any urgent case.

Asked on June 1st, 2023I was interested in this tour. I'll be travelling with my parents, and I'm concerned that they may not be able to complete the 12km trek in Sapa. Are there any other options around that?
