Itinerary
- Day 1
Zagreb
Your driver meets you at Zagreb airport and takes you to the hotel to settle in. After that, a local guide leads a 2-hour tour through the city center where you'll see Zagreb Cathedral, Lotrščák Tower, and St. Mark's Church. The tour also includes a ride on the old funicular, time at Dolac farmers market, a walk down Tkalca street for local shops and cafes, and a look at the main square before heading back.

Zagreb to Zadar via Rastoke and Plitvice Lakes
The drive to Zadar takes most of the day with a planned stop. About 30 minutes is spent walking around Rastoke village, checking out the traditional houses and the village layout with its water features. Then it's a 3-hour guided tour at Plitvice Lakes National Park to see the karst terrain and the system of lakes and waterfalls. After that, roughly 2 hours more driving gets you to Zadar where you'll check into your hotel and settle for the evening.

Zadar to Šibenik
Start at 9:00 am with a 2-hour walking tour of Zadar's center, taking in the Roman Forum and seeing the Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun installations that create sounds and light patterns. Later you transfer to Šibenik for an afternoon tour between 4:00 and 6:00 pm. A local guide shows you around, including the Cathedral of St. James and points out where Game of Thrones filmed certain scenes at the Iron Bank location. You'll view the cathedral's exterior and get a sense of the town's medieval character.

Šibenik to Split via Trogir
Drive about an hour to Trogir Old Town where a guide walks you through the highlights like the Cathedral of St. Lawrence, old palaces, and castle ruins, then you have time to wander on your own. From there it's on to Split and your hotel check-in. In the afternoon, a local guide takes you on a tour of Diocletian's Palace, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site built by the Roman emperor and now woven into the city's old town.

Blue Cave and Island Hopping
Your driver arrives at 7:30 am and takes you to the wharf to board a private speedboat with an English-speaking skipper. The boat takes you to the Blue Cave first, then you stop at Vis Island, Budikovac Island, and Pakleni Island with chances to swim, snorkel, or just relax on the beach. Later you spend 1.5 hours on your own walking through Old Town Hvar's medieval streets and checking out the city walls before the boat returns you to Split.
