- Magnificent panorama from the Schafberg at Lake Wolfgang: The easiest way to reach the summit is to take the Schafberg cable car. At 1,782 metres above sea level, magnificent views open up. Of course, you can hike up as well, but you should pace yourself for the next few days of the tour.
- The fabulous Toplitzsee appears black and opaque even in the best weather. But it captivates with its extraordinary beauty. Incidentally, it has its very own animal that lives at a depth of around 60 metres - a worm! A treasure of gold is also said to be at the bottom.
- The World Heritage Region of Hallstatt: The village, nestled tightly between lake and mountain, is probably one of the most extraordinary places in the world. There’s a reason why there’s a copy of Hallstatt - in China.
