Porto

Douro River to Douro Valley
Start early with a 6-glass wine tasting led by Rafael on a private boat as you cruise up the Douro River toward the wine region. You'll take in Portuguese countryside along the way, then stop for lunch featuring local dishes in the Douro Valley. Dinner comes later back at your base.

Landmarks/POIs Porto - Day 5
Moncao
Road trip out to Rafael's family estate in the vineyard region around Moncao. Walk through the vineyards and get a lesson on grape types and how harvesting works, then participate in a cooking class with a professional chef and Mrs. Lima. The evening wraps up by the campfire with mulled wine and food.

Then visit the local Palace to explore the area's history, and finish with an advanced wine tasting where you'll try new varieties and sharpen your palate skills.
