We recently used them based on recommendations from friends for our three week trip in north west India and we were not disappointed. The pre- trip planning through emails was convenient and they were very prompt in their responses. They were able to adapt and change plans as we continued to shape our trip. They made recommendations so our trip would be smooth and hassle free. All the domestic flights we flew were booked ahead of time and they took care of any changes in the flight schedules due to changes by the airlines.
