Itinerary
- Day 1
São Tomé
You'll arrive in São Tomé and head to your hotel to get settled. After checking in, take some time to rest and adjust before starting your adventures. This is mainly a travel and arrival day, so keep things low-key and focus on getting comfortable at your accommodation.

- Day 2
São Tomé
This day is yours to shape however you like. You can join optional tours if something appeals to you, or just wander around at your own pace. Options include checking out volcanic craters and botanical gardens, walking through colonial architecture and local markets, hiking through coffee plantations with tastings, looking for rare birds, visiting the equator crossing, exploring coastal areas and trying local food, or simply relaxing on the northern beaches where you can dive or snorkel if you're interested.

- Hike to Lagoon Amelia (3 hours hike) - Visit volcanic crater in Ôbo National Park and Bom Sucesso Botanical Garden with over 130 varieties of orchids
- São Tomé City Tour - Explore city life, history, colonial architecture, old city centre, and vibrant Mercado Central
- São Tomé Coffee Mountain and Waterfall Tour - Forest and colonial coffee plantation with local coffee tasting, Waterfall of São Nicolau, and Waterfall of Formoso
- São Tomé Bird Watching - Bird-watching expeditions featuring 143 bird species including rare endemic species
- Equator Tour - Boat transfer to Rolas islet (20 minutes) and trekking (30 minutes) to visit the Equator landmark where the Equator line crosses the Greenwich Prime meridian
- São Tomé Eastern Coast Tour - Colonial plantation estates, coastal landscapes, local cuisine performance by João Carlos Silva at Roça S. João, and viewpoint at São João plantation guesthouse
- São Tomé Northern Beaches & Green Savannah Tour - Northern beaches, plantations, villages, green savannah landscape, diving at Blue Lagoon beach (30 minutes), opportunity to eat Santola (big marine crabs) in Neves, snorkeling available

- Day 3
São Tomé to Príncipe
You'll fly to Príncipe and settle into your hotel. After that, the rest of the day is open for you to explore the island however you'd like. If you're up for it, there's an optional hike available on Bom Bom Island where you can see beautiful rock pools and the unique ecosystems around them.

- Day 4
Príncipe
Another free day on Príncipe where you can relax or explore on your own terms. If you want some structure, there's an optional tour to the town of Santo António where you'll find colonial Portuguese buildings, local markets, and historic shops worth checking out.

- Santo António City Tour - Explore the photographer's dream town with rustic colonial Portuguese architecture, stroll through streets, visit fish and fresh produce markets, and browse old shops with assorted goods and trinkets
Landmarks/POIs Santo António - Day 5
Príncipe
You have a free day with an optional diving and snorkeling tour if water activities interest you. If you go, you'll see the underwater landscape around São Tomé and Príncipe, which features dramatic volcanic rock formations, deep drop-offs, overhangs, and cascading boulders that make for interesting exploring.

- Diving Tour - Go diving and snorkeling to discover the underwater world of São Tomé and Príncipe with spectacular rock formations, drop-offs over 35 metres, overhangs and cascading boulders
- Day 6
Príncipe
This day is yours to relax or do your own thing. There's an optional forest hike available if you want to experience the jungle. The trek takes you through dense vegetation where you might spot Mona monkeys and African grey parrots in their natural habitat and hear all the sounds of the forest around you.

Landmarks/POIs Pipi Waterfall - Day 7
Príncipe to São Tomé
You'll fly back to São Tomé and transfer to your lodge for this final part of your trip. Once you're settled, spend the rest of the day however you prefer, whether that's exploring the island further or just relaxing by the pool before you head home.
