Kilimanjaro to Arusha
You'll land at Kilimanjaro Airport where your guide meets you with a branded sign. From there, it's a transfer to your hotel in Arusha for the night to settle in and rest up before the safari begins.

Arusha to Ngorongoro
This morning you'll drive west and southwest through the Monduli Mountains and across the Great Rift Valley, heading toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (about 4 hours). Once you arrive, you'll explore the area and learn about its unique wildlife and Maasai heritage. Later, you'll visit a traditional Maasai village to see how they live and understand their culture firsthand.

- Day 3
Ngorongoro to Serengeti
Start early with a 4x4 game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater searching for wildlife. Then you'll head northwest to Serengeti National Park, which takes roughly 3 to 5 hours. After you get there, an afternoon safari in the Seronera region gives you a chance to look for the Big Five and other animals across the open savannahs.

Serengeti
You've got two full game drives today in the Serengeti, one in the morning and another in the afternoon. You'll search for the Big Five while watching zebra herds and wildebeest move across the plains. Hyenas and jackals appear along the pathways, and if you're lucky, you'll catch predators hunting as the day fades into evening.

Serengeti to Lake Manyara
After breakfast, you'll drive southeast from the Serengeti to Lake Manyara National Park, a journey of about 5 hours through open plains and changing landscapes. The park itself has 11 different ecosystems. Later in the afternoon, you'll go out on safari to look for the park's tree-climbing lions and other wildlife.

Lake Manyara to Tarangire
You'll head south and southwest through semi-arid savannah to reach Tarangire National Park, just about an hour away. After grabbing a picnic lunch, you'll head out on an afternoon safari where you can see the park's huge herds of elephants, distinctive baobab trees, and other animals with the Rift Valley as the backdrop.

- Day 7
Tarangire
Begin with a morning game drive across the park's grasslands and swamps, watching for elephants, lions, and over 400 bird species that live here. After lunch, you'll go out again in the afternoon for another safari, spotting more wildlife among acacia woodlands and riverine forests. The giant baobab trees stand silhouetted against the sunset by evening.

Tarangire to Kilimanjaro
Take one final morning game drive in Tarangire to spot more elephants, lions, and birds. Then you'll drive north and east through gradually rising terrain back to Arusha, a drive of roughly 3 hours. From there, you'll transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for your departure.
