She was so polite, patient, and professional, and always responded to my questions right away. She really listened to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to make it happen. Honestly, she’s the reason I booked with them! And then there’s Joseph (Rasta), my guide—what an incredible person! He was not only polite and friendly but also super knowledgeable about the areas and the animals. He had an amazing eye for spotting wildlife and made sure we got the best views. His driving, timing, and guiding were just perfect, and he made the whole safari unforgettable. Once back in Arusha for my final day my driver Daniel looked after me very well showing different parts of the city.
