How do we travel between Lima & Cusco?

Do you run tour which covers Cusco, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Rainbow mountain & Amazon Jungle?

What is the cost for one night accommodation pre and post tour? Will the airport transfer still be included if they arrive a day early and leave a day after? What time will the city tour on Day 2 start? Can you provide a hotel list for each category? Are the accommodations standard hotels with private bathroom facilities?

1- The cost for additional nights depend on the category the passengers wishes to book. 2- Transfers are included but the transfer out of the last additional night will be charged as an extra service. 3- The city tour on day 2 starts at 9am but they can request it to be at the afternoon depending on availability. 4- Hotels in tourist category are: LIMA: Arawi Miraflores Express or similar. CUSCO: Royal Inka II or similar. 5- All hotel rooms (no matter the category) are private, with their own bathroom.

This tour was arranged for my clients. They absolutely LOVED the location of the first hotel, though there were some hiccups with the arrangements. They said the tours were good as well. The 4 stars come as a result of communication with the tour operator. Responses were not provided in a timely manner, which means I could not relay information to my clients in a timely manner.

Everything was great especially the guide in Uyuni. However the guide at La Paz just dumped us at the La Paz hotel who insisted we paid for early checkin when we arrived in the country and also when we arrive from Uyuni. This despite the operator having arrange all these itinerary based on our timing

  You have to book the domestics flights like this: Day 3: Flight from Lima to Cuzco - at morning to have time to sightseeing Cuzco. Day 7: Flight from Cuzco to your final destination - at the time you would like to return to your country.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 15th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 15th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with BM Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and BM Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "BM Tours" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
