Tunisian cuisine is creative, fresh and slightly spicy. The second, believe it or not, were the roads. There was never a worry about reaching a destination because of poor road conditions. My tour guide Medhi was a wealth of knowledge. Always on time, every time, he is a seasoned professional, that truly enhanced my trip with so much information about the history, the culture, and the customs of Tunisia. His love for this country was easy to understand. There were a few locations that I was really hesitant to experience, but they quickly became the most memorable, and worthwhile moments on this tour. He really knows where to go to see theses interesting places in Tunisia. Since I loved history, He brought to these places that is not even part of the tour. He tweak our guided trip to make it more desirable on my part. He communicates well and did explan some history of the places we went. He also brought me to nice local Berber restaurant and taste the best delicacies that I never had before in my life. With the travels we had. I felt secured and enjoyed so much of his company.
