My wife and I and our friends just returned from a trip to South America. The trip was wonderful, everything was perfectly organized, we had a lot of fun and impressions. All the guides were well prepared, friendly, and answered all our questions and wishes. We enjoyed communicating with them. I especially want to mention JUAN AGUIAR, our guide in Rio De Janeiro. In our opinion, he is one of the best guides we have traveled with. Many thanks to him. As a comment, I would like to note that we were not offered any additional activities on days of leisure (free from excursions}. We found activities ourselves (for example Tango Show in Buenos Aires). Overall, we are very pleased with our trip, thanks to everyone who organized and implemented it. Our rating is 5 points. It was so stress free. There was a driver waiting for us at every airport (and bus station), every hotel had early check in and every excursion was unique and perfect! We paid extra for the Tour Operator to set up all the ground needs and flights which was so helpful as very few people speak English in South America. If traveling to South America I do recommend having everything coordinated for you as it reduces stress and increases your fun. There was plenty of time to be on our own which we did add a few extra excursions with the help of the English speaking driver and recommendations. Over all it was just a smooth and easy fun vacation! Thank you

The half day city tours in Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro were not unacceptable, because the group people mixed 3 languages spoken, the city guides have to speak in 3 languages Spanish, Portuguese, and English to explain the tours. Unfortunately English spoken clients were always minority, the information I got during the tours not much. Furthermore, there was no microphone in mini bus while we did city tour in Rio de Janeiro, the guide had to yell all the time in 3 languages, because of the road condition, I barely could not hear anything while I sat in the back. I understand it’s difficult to put us in private tour, but at lease to give us in the English spoken tours, not mixed languages spoken group.
