- CPCaitlin· January 22nd, 2020we had a variety of guides who were really great, knowledgeable and engaging, and they made the experience very special. but we also had a guide who was quite rude to us. this guide was on our last day, half of the passengers on the boat were english speakers only and the other half were spanish speakers. i am bilingual so i understood everything he was saying. we gave a short welcome to the english speakers and then changed to spanish where he immediately apologized to the spanish speakers saying, i'm so sorry i have to do this but there are people here who only speak english so i have to do it, said in quite a rude way. anytime anyone had a question in english they were ignored. when spanish speakers asked him questions they got full answers. when i asked him a question in spanish he gave me a one word reply in english without looking at me and kept walking. he obviously didn't want to be there and was walking at such a fast pace that half the group couldn't keep up. the itinerary for this tour also said that this boat would be a crystal bottomed boat, which it wasn't. the itinerary also said that lunches were included, and we only had one lunch included. this experience and the misleading itinerary are very disappointing. i would like a partial refund for the treatment and the misleading itinerary, either from bm tours or from tourradar.Show moreTrip date: January 2020
