Itinerary
- Day 1
Entebbe to Bwindi
Your guide meets you at Entebbe International Airport and you'll head west toward Bwindi Impenetrable Forest for a 9 to 10 hour drive. The route takes you through rolling hills with a stop at the Equator for photos, then lunch at Igongo before arriving at the UNESCO world heritage site by late afternoon.

- Day 2
Bwindi Gorilla Tracking
After an early breakfast, you'll go to park headquarters for a briefing, then trek into Bwindi's thick forest searching for mountain gorillas. Once you find them, you'll have a packed lunch out in the forest before trekking back to meet your guide for the return drive to the lodge.

Bwindi to Kibale Forest
Following breakfast, you'll travel to Kibale Forest National Park with views of the Mountains of the Moon visible along the route to Fort Portal. You'll grab lunch in Fort Portal and then continue on to the park lodge to check in for the evening.

- Day 4
Kibale Forest Primate & Chimpanzee Tracking
A half-day primate trek starts at 8 am after a rules briefing. You'll search for chimpanzees and spot other primates like Grey-cheeked Mangabeys, Red-Colobus, and Blue-tailed and Red-tailed monkeys. After lunch, you'll visit Bigodi swamp to see unusual plants and rare birds including the Great Blue Turacco.

Kibale to Entebbe
You'll have breakfast at the lodge, then depart Kibale Forest for Entebbe with a lunch stop at a restaurant along the way. Once in Entebbe, you can visit the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre to see animals and reptiles before your outbound flight or heading to your hotel.
