- DADominique· February 15th, 2024I talked to you before that the communication is very poor. When I signed up fot the trip I chose a room with 2 beds. When you sent me the confirmation/Tangol tour all it said was"2 nights hotel", no details about the room/beds. I called you to bring the lack of clarity, proper communication, but nothing had happened. We ended up with a super small room, with super small one bed. It was very hard for my husband and I due to our age and health condition. The"guide" for the tour provided very little information, 2 times on the way back he stopped to get water for himself(he did not say anything, maybe some other people would have liked water, also again he stopped for the second time without say anything. This driver had no people skills, even if someone asked a question he did not answer. Very disappointing. THE FALLS ARE GREAT. Thank you. DominiqueShow more
