My girlfriends and I had an outstanding experience with Bhutan Best Inbound Tour. Among the tour options that we considered, this was the most well-suited to our tastes, well-reviewed, certified by the Bhutanese government and fairly priced. Thinley, our tour coordinator, was highly responsive from the very early planning stages and flexible with the itinerary. He made it a point to greet us in person in Thimphu. Our guide Lhab was truly incredible: he was friendly, patient and so informative. We genuinely felt like we had made a new friend. We also had wonderful drivers (Geym, Pema) througout. We had great exposure to Bhutanese food and culture, saw numerous stunning temples and monasteries, as well as engaged in more adventurous activities like rafting, hiking and camping. Of note, following a last-minute request, Thinley and Lhab arranged for a poignant commemoration of a couple of recently departed loved ones of members of our travel group; I will cherish those memories and their kindness forever. A couple of us were so moved that we decided to extend our trip, and Thinley and Lhab facilitated this with great courtesy and helpfulness. Overall, this ranks among the favorite trips for everyone in our well-travelled group. I highly recommend using Bhutan Best Inbound Tour for travel to Bhutan and can't wait to return to this stunning, peaceful country someday.

Bhutan Best Inbound Tour are the company to book with. We wished to tailor our tour to fit our interests and the Bhutan Best Inbound team created an incredible iteniary for us. They offer reasonable prices and provided great guides. Our guides Pema and Phurba were fantastic and we couldn't have asked for better guides to give us an insight into life and culture in Bhutan. The hotels we were booked in were also perfect, each one different but beautiful with great service, food and more often than not exceptional views. If you have a basic idea of what you'd like to see, speak to Mr. Thinley and Bhutan Best Inbound team and they will give you a once in a lifetime experience.

I traveled with my sister and girlfriend to Bhutan in March 2020. The tour with this company, BHUTAN BEST INBOUND TOUR exceeded our expectations!!! When we arrived at the airport we were promptly greeted by our two young male guides who were so friendly helpful and excited to welcome us. They welcomed us with beautiful white silk scarves which they placed around each of our necks. Very nice cultural greeting. They truly took great care of us throughout the seven day tour driving us in a very comfortable van. Words are not enough to express our deepest gratitude to Jimge and Dorji our beloved tour guides. Thinley and his wife, the owners of this tour company also welcomed us in Thimphu and loaned each of us the native dress costume of Bhutan so we can wear it in town as well as in Punakha where a major cultural festival was happening during that time. Oh what an incredible experience wearing this beautiful native dress...we felt like a local ...it was so much fun!!! The guides took us to the famous pilgrimage spot called the TIGER’S NEST in Paro. That was the HIGHLIGHT OF OUR TOUR ! This was truly the most memorable trip we have ever experienced in our world travels. BHUTAN holds a very special place in our hearts. The people are so kind, polite, friendly, gracious and generous. We were always greeted and welcomed with a cup of hot tea. Such a warm way to connect with each other by enjoying a cup of their local tea. I do hope to have another opportunity to visit BHUTAN through BHUTAN BEST INBOUND TOUR COMPANY. They truly are THE VERY BEST! We thank you Thinley, your wife and our two amazing tour guides, Jimge and Dorji for showing us your beautiful and breathtaking country ....taking such special care of us and spoiling us during our tour. We miss you all very much!!!

I saw the beautiful ad promotion of Bhutan Inbound Tour on Facebook and contacted Geeta . She was all with the zeal to tailor the vacation for me and my friend. It was a last minute booking Bhutan is really a beautiful place. The highlight of places we visited are Paro: As you land to Paro Airport you get enchanted by the beauty of this valley. The meandering river , the mountains, the paddy fields, small temples on the hill tops , the unique Architecture of the houses will give you the feel that you have travelled back in time. Thimphu: was supposedly the biggest town in Bhutan & Capital city but does not have traffic light. High light of the tour is visiting Buddha Statue, overlooking Thimphu Valley and watched the lowering of National Flag at Tashichodzong which was done in style & grandeur. Punakha: The one night farm stay with local & trying hand on cooking in preparing Bhutanese dish was a wonderful experience. White water rafting and hike to Kamsum Yulley was another highlight of the tour Thank you In-bound team for organizing a wonderful trip. Kadrinchela

We have just completed our 9 days country tour to Bhutan. It was a family tour and consisted of my elderly parents, my two children aged 5 and 11 and my sister in-law. The way our guide Mr. Dorji attended to this variance of age group was impressive. The room arranged was comfortable and spacious. They had also arranged a family picnic, lunches at farmhouse, bonfire and activity that involved family bonding. I would also like to thank our driver Mr. Yanku for giving a company to our 5 years aged child and our elderly parents and taking them around when we hiked the Tiger Nest with our guide. Hats off to the Entire Team for this amazing experience

I love forest, hiking, off beaten path and there I was in Bhutan doing a Druk Path Trek with a brief cultural tour. The trek starts from Paro and ends at Thimphu. Everything was very well arranged by Bhutan Inbound Tour. They exceeded my expectation in all the ways. My trekking cum cultural guide Mr. Tsundu was amazing and very knowledgeable. He was well versed with flora and fauna, and Bhutan had in its all diversity and in abundance. The whole trek journey was like pilgrim progress; the giant Mountains, wild Flowers, endangered Birds, the lakes, monks. . . . . So after the completion of the trek followed the short cultural tour. Saw the Giant statue of Buddha, planted the happiness tree(a beautiful concept), had a conversation with the monk at Dechenphodrang monastery , visited Tashichodzong, the finest example of Bhutan Architecture & ofcourse the nourishing hike to Tiger’s Nest All in all had a wonderful & peaceful vacation.

This is my second visit to Bhutan but this time the experience was different. The first time I came through a company based in my country but this time I directly contacted the local tour operator (Bhutan Inbound) and booked my tour. It is not only the hotel and the food that makes a wonderful vacation but the people and little things that they do & Bhutan Inbound Team maintains that bar. Mr. Thinley, my tour organizer was making sure that my tour was going smooth by checking on me every alternate day on Whats App.Our guide Phurba was attentive but not intrusive. The driver was shy but pleasant and maneuvered us through the mountain terrain very safely. The best part of the tour was thing which we did beyond the itinerary. . . . like visiting schools in remote place of Bumthang and interacting with children, joining the villagers in farming, having traditional Bhutanese Food with the locals and trying a hand on cooking of Ema Datshi. . . the list can go on. Thank you Bhutan Inbound for this rich and healing experience. Will highly recommend the company to my family and friends.

    Asked on August 31st, 2024

Would you be able to tell us how much these tours would cost? What are our options for getting into Bhutan from Bagdogra? Are we able to cross the Jaigaon border independently and then take a bus by ourselves to Paro to start our tour? Or do we need to have a guide meet us right at the border?

    • Bhutan Best Inbound TourOperatorWritten September 2024

It is mandatory to have a guide if you are entering Bhutan through a land border, such as the Jaigaon-Phuntsholing border. A guide will meet you at the border and assist you throughout your journey in Bhutan. We will be sending the guide from Thimphu as we are based in Thimphu. There will also be a driver with a guide.

For a 4 nights/5 days tour, how much would that be and what the itinerary would look like?

    • Bhutan Best Inbound TourOperatorWritten September 2024

International travelers exiting through Phuntsholing need to have stamped Visa. The Indian E-Visa will work for flying out from Bhutan / entering Bhutan via road but it won't work for exiting Bhutan via land.

Do you know where I can find information about the bus from Bagdogra to the border town Jaigaon. So I can get there and next day be ready to start the tour?

    • Bhutan Best Inbound TourOperatorWritten September 2024

We usually do the pick up using some taxi from Bagdogra and will cost us about USD 40 - USD 50. We do not have idea on the bus service. When you get out of the Airport there will be taxi in taxi stand, and you can take taxi but about the bus service we do not know if it is there also or not there. Most of the guests reaches Jaigaon in taxi.

I hope this message finds you well. The only available flight options would have us arrive at 15:50 on Day 1 and leave at 08:05 on Day 4 — is this ok for this tour? We know we won't be able to see everything included on Day 1, but will we be able to see some things?

Yes, you understood correct that you may miss out on few activities on Day 1 but for other days the tour will be full. The tour will be conducted privately as it is very difficult to coordinate group tour due to the start time due to limited flight schedule, geographical location of the places etc.

When we're ready, would we need to contact you to secure the visa first or book the tour first?

    • Bhutan Best Inbound TourOperatorWritten August 2024

It's important to confirm the flight booking first, as there are only a limited number of flights operating in and out of Bhutan. Once you have secured your flights, you can then confirm the tour, and we will proceed with processing your visa using the details we have requested.

Two family members are considering joining -- if I made another booking for them for the same dates, would they be able to travel with us? They're Indian citizens so I imagine their visa process will be easier.

    • Bhutan Best Inbound TourOperatorWritten October 2024

The e permit process for Indian National is also same but for Indian National even valid voter card works and their SDF per night is low (It is INR 1200 per night, approx USD 14/night). So their tour cost per person for 3 nights will be reduced by USD 42. For other citizens for 3 nights it is USD 300.
