If you're curious about how the ship works, stop by the bridge to learn about navigation. You'll also attend lectures about what's ahead in Antarctica. By the afternoon, icebergs and snow-capped mountains come into view as you approach the South Shetland Islands. Weather allowing, your first zodiac landing happens on day 3 to see penguins and seals up close.

The route takes you through scenic passages including the Gerlache Strait, Neumayer Channel, and Lemaire Channel. It was a challenging adventure!! We weren’t quite prepared for Drake Passage, but staff let us remain in cabin and delivered our food until the boat stopped rocking. Antarctica is a breathtaking experience we would recommend it to everyone . The penguins are super cool and elephant seals were hilarious. Martín, Fabian , ship doctor José took beautiful care of us. Truly professional staff, all very competent and supportive. Highly recommended.
