I booked this “independent tour” 7 months before travel. They had no problem communicating and answering questions before they got paid. When I had no itinerary or vouchers one week before my international travel I contacted them to which I was told I’d have everything within the next day. Then I was ghosted for five days. Not a single word back after reaching out EVERYDAY for 5 days! I ended up getting TourRadar involved and received my vouchers for travel and itinerary 24 hours before my flight.Show more
