Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Kathmandu

    You'll land in Kathmandu and get transferred to your hotel. From there, spend the afternoon walking through Thamel and checking out Kathmandu Durbar Square to get oriented to the city. This gives you a feel for the capital before settling in for your first night and getting ready for the trek ahead.

  2. Day 2

    Kathmandu to Lukla to Monjo

    Catch a morning flight to Lukla with views of the Everest region spreading out below. The trek starts right after landing, taking you from Lukla down to Monjo. You'll cross the Dudh Koshi River several times and walk beneath the Kusum Khangkaru and Kongde ranges towering on either side.

  3. Day 3

    Monjo to Namche Bazaar

    After entering Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo, you'll trek uphill to Jorsalle where Everest and the major peaks start coming into view. Keep going up to Namche Bazaar, the main trade hub and busiest stop in this region. It's a significant day with altitude gain but the scenery keeps building.

  4. Day 4

    Namche Bazaar

    Take a short hike up to Khumjung village this morning for acclimatization at the higher elevation. Spend the rest of the day resting and taking in the views of Everest, Nuptse, and Ama Dablam from different angles around the area. You can also wander through Namche Bazaar at your own pace when you feel up to it.

  5. Day 5

    Namche Bazaar to Deboche

    Head to the Sagarmatha National Park museum first, then follow the main trail above the river. You'll descend to cross the Dudh Koshi at Phunki Tenga and then climb through rhododendron forests to Tengboche and on to Deboche. Watch for wildlife like Danphe pheasants and musk deer along the way.

  6. Day 6

    Deboche to Pheriche

    Trek through mixed forests passing Imja Khola and Pangboche on your way. You'll cross the Pheriche Pass at 4270 meters/14,010 feet and then continue through pasturelands to reach Pheriche. Throughout the day, Taboche, Ama Dablam, Pokalde, and Nuptse keep appearing in your views.

  7. Day 7

    Pheriche

    Stay at Pheriche today for rest and acclimatization at this altitude. The village has a primary health center and aid post if needed for altitude concerns or basic treatment. If you take a walk around, you'll notice memorial rock towers to the north built in memory of trekkers who've died in these mountains.

  8. Day 8

    Pheriche to Lobuche

    Make a steep climb over the terminal moraine toward Lobuche. The peaks of Taboche, Ama Dablam, Pokalde, and Nuptse stay visible throughout your hike. Once at Lobuche village, you'll get close-up views of Taboche and Nuptse. Accommodation here sits in small huts located in a meadow between the glacier and Lobuche Peak.

  9. Day 9

    Lobuche to Everest Base Camp to Gorakshep

    Walk a narrow path between glacial moraine and mountain walls, catching glimpses of the Khumbu Glacier as you go. Reach Gorakshep, the original Everest Base Camp, surrounded by Pumori and Nuptse. Trek another 3.5 km through rocky terrain to the new Everest Base Camp and see the Khumbu Icefall and Glacier up close. Return to Gorakshep for the night.

    Gorakshep to Kalapatthar to Pheriche

    Start before sunrise to hike to Kalapatthar viewpoint for a 360-degree view. From there you see Mount Everest alongside Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Nuptse, Pumori, and many other peaks all at once. Descend back through Lobuche and Dughla, returning to Pheriche by evening. This day is the visual highlight most people remember most.

  11. Day 11

    Pheriche to Namche Bazaar

    Start the descent from Pheriche toward Namche, passing through Pangboche along the way. Stop at Tengboche village for lunch where the monastery provides beautiful views of Ama Dablam and the surrounding peaks. Continue to Kyangjuma where trails split off toward Gokyo Valley and other areas. Finish the descent to Namche for the night.

    Namche Bazaar to Lukla

    The downhill walk from Namche to Lukla takes most of the day and many say it's the hardest part of the trek, not because of terrain but because you're leaving the Himalayas behind. Trek through pine and rhododendron forests with snow-capped mountains visible in the distance. Pass through Phakding and continue on to Lukla by late afternoon.

  13. Day 13

    Lukla to Kathmandu

    Fly back to Kathmandu with final views of the Himalayas during the flight. Once you land, head to your hotel to rest and clean up. Celebrate completing the trek with other group members and join everyone for a farewell dinner later in the evening.

    • For any tour departing before January 28th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 28th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Corporate Adventure Treks Pvt. Ltd.. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
