Your tour guides are the greatest.

It was nice to visit one of the most important and interesting sites and using a tour makes it definitely more convenient. Some of the guides were professional, well-prepared, and easy to follow but unfortunately, some of them were hard to understand and not so competent. Basically, the 3-day tour we chose was made up of one-day trips where there is pick up and drop off at your hotel. On the first day, it was a little bit confusing since they pick up everybody from different hotels and then bring you to another collection point where another bus and guide are waiting to take you on a daily trip. Because of this kind of organization, we waited a lot at the collection points (e.g. you have to be ready at 8.10 am for a pickup but the actual tour starts between 9.30 am and 10 am. Lunch was not included although they took us to the restaurant of their choice. The same goes for souvenir shops, they take you to a shop of their choice/who they have an arrangement and they expect you to shop in there. Or for example, we visited a cosmetic factory store where we needed to listen to its presentation about face creams, etc, and then visit their shop. Felt like wasted 1,5 h. It would be nice to have a detailed schedule beforehand. We liked the drivers and their driving skills, everything was very smooth. Although, if it is pick up and drop off at the hotel then being dropped off with your luggage on the road and told by the guide that the hotel is around the corner when it's pouring rain is not OK.

My husband and I signed up for three Bein Harim tours. Masada, Old Jerusalem, Jericho and Bethlehem. We hate that they took us to places that charges US dollars for food, etc., What is wrong with THEIR money? The guide(history professor) for the Old Jerusalem knows his stuff, give us enough time for breaks. The other two tour guides were all about the tips, and asking us to write excellent reviews for them. Jericho stop(for food) was AWFUL! Saw rat in the restaurant, it was 98 degrees with no AC. The camels there being offered for rides looked sick.

I'd like to do a 2 or 3 day tour of Israel and Palestine either on 1 or 2 June. I want to visit Jerusalem, see the wailing wall, cross the border into Palestine, visit Jesus birth place and see the street art / stop and get a photo of the Banksy wall.

This package includes a visit to Bethlehem, the Church of Nativity. Due to visitors overload, a visit to the Nativity Grotto in Bethlehem is not always possible. Unfortunately, we do not have tours that include street art and the Banksy wall.
