Plus: many animals encountered (4 of the "big five") and quite close, as they can be approached easily in the park. It was great! Minus: no airport pick-up but in the city center, with a cab to pay extra ($60 return). Park fees also quite high ($200/person). Accommodation a little below our expectations and description (hot and cold water problems).
