The activities were interesting and varied and Josef, the main guide, is certainly an interesting character and very knowledgeable. The fact that we could still see Manaus down the river left some feeling this wasn't as remote and 'authentic' as they had hoped, but for a short trip into what is nonetheless the heart of the Amazon Rainforest (complete with daily rain!) it was authentic enough and very enjoyable overall and good value for money IMO.Show more

Our tour guide was exceptional, not only in leading us but also in connecting us with Indigenous locals. This interaction was both enlightening and enjoyable, offering a unique cultural exchange! The accommodation and its amenities were great, and the food was delicious whether we were dining in the lodge or during our memorable night of camping in the amazon rainforest. On the third day we start with Breakfast in the Forest, climbing techniques on açaí palm trees, observing tree species, we are going to look for boa constrictors and other mammals. We return to the Pousada, take a good shower, then have lunch and after lunch we return to Manaus.
