Itinerary
- Day 1
Manaus to Jungle Lodge
Your Amazon adventure kicks off with a hotel pickup in Manaus early in the morning. You'll travel by speedboat across the Rio Negro to Cacau Perera, then switch to a car heading toward Paricatuba. From there, a motorized canoe takes you deep into the jungle to reach your lodge. After you grab lunch, your guide leads you through the rainforest to check out the vegetation and wildlife, and you'll get a chance to try piranha fishing in the creeks. As evening comes around, you head out on a nocturnal expedition to spot alligators and other nighttime animals. Dinner happens back at the lodge.

- Day 2
Jungle Lodge to Manaus
Start the day with breakfast at the lodge, then your guide takes you on an educational jungle walk for about 2.5 hours. You'll learn about medicinal plants and various Amazon rainforest trees while walking through the forest. Back at the lodge, you have lunch and some free time to swim in the tea-colored Rio Negro waters. Later in the afternoon, you head back toward Manaus, arriving around 5:00 pm/17:00.
