Arusha
You'll get picked up and driven to Arusha National Park, which is only 45 minutes away. This park is Tanzania's most accessible and offers walking and canoeing safaris. You'll see Africa's largest giraffe population, different primate species, and various large herbivores throughout the day.

Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, head to Tarangire National Park and arrive in time for lunch at Sangaiwe Tented Lodge. In the afternoon you'll take a game drive and see giant baobab trees, rolling savannah, and acacia parkland. The park has dense wildlife, especially from June to September when thousands of animals migrate to the Tarangire river during the dry season.

Lake Manyara National Park
Start the morning with a game drive at Lake Manyara National Park, which covers 330 square kilometers with 70 percent of it taken up by the lake itself. The park's ecosystem includes groundwater forests, acacia woodland, and grassland. You can spot the Big Five here, and the park is known for its tree-climbing lions.

Serengeti National Park
Travel to Serengeti National Park and pass through Olduvai Gorge, a prehistoric site where Dr. Louis Leakey found remains of Homo habilis. In the afternoon you'll take a game drive in the Serengeti, which has over 35 species of plain animals and more than 500 bird species. This park is where the annual wildebeest migration takes place.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area
You'll depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which sits at the rim of the Ngorongoro crater. In the afternoon, take a tour of the crater and experience one of Africa's most spectacular natural wonders.

Ngorongoro Crater
On your final day, start with a full-day game drive in Ngorongoro Conservation Area beginning at 6:00 am as you descend to the crater floor. This natural amphitheater covers 260 square kilometers and has a year-round population of about 600 animals including lions, elephants, rhinos, and buffalo. You'll have lunch at a picnic site on the crater floor, then drive to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure.
