After they canceled the trip, they magnanimously offered us a 2 year voucher (as if we have any idea if it will be safe to travel). We are in the process of disputing the charges with the credit card and they are flat out lying in their side of the dispute- they are claiming we have already rebooked (we haven't) and that they had language that said they could offer a voucher (fortunately my wife kept the version that was up when we booked which did NOT have the language). Asked on March 19th, 2023We are opted out of the Best of Italy because we felt a very wonderful and tireing pace journey. 2 and 1 night experience. We were looking for 3 night and 2 night. OUR VERy first trip to Italy. We thought the Great Italian Cities trip would be ok. But i do not see great reviews. And measure a 3+ star? Your advise would be greatly helpful. We definaely want to stay with TRAFALGAR.

Asked on July 7th, 2022Do I need to be in Rome on the first day at a specific time, or is it acceptable to fly in and arrive at say 2pm? Or should I be arriving 24 hours prior.
