Itinerary
- Day 1
Hanoi
You'll get picked up at the airport and taken straight to your hotel in Hanoi, with check-in starting at 2 PM. Once you're settled, head out in the late afternoon for a guided street food walking tour through the Old Quarter. You'll stop at local spots to try pho, banh mi, spring rolls, and other Vietnamese specialties, hitting places that most tourists wouldn't find on their own.

- Day 2
Hanoi to Halong Bay
Start early morning from your hotel and drive to Tuan Chau Harbor via a modern highway. After boarding your cruise, you'll have Vietnamese lunch while traveling through Halong Bay's limestone passages. Spend your afternoon kayaking or paddling bamboo boats, visiting Sung Sot Cave, and relaxing on Titop Island beach. Later, enjoy afternoon tea and cake as you cruise back to Hanoi.

- Day 3
Hanoi to Ninh Binh
Head south to Ninh Binh province to explore Hoa Lu, the country's ancient capital, where your guide shares stories about feudal dynasties. Grab a local buffet lunch, then spend 1.5 hours on a bamboo boat through Tam Coc's cave system and paddy fields, often called the 'Ha Long Bay on land'. Before heading back to Hanoi, you'll take a 45-minute cycling tour through nearby villages.

You'll see Tran Quoc Pagoda on Golden Fish Island, visit the Ho Chi Minh complex with his mausoleum and former residences, check out the One Pillar Pagoda, and go to the Vietnam Ethnology Museum (or Women Museum depending on closures). Stop by the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university, and finish at Hoa Lo Prison Museum. You'll have lunch at a local restaurant before moving to your next location.
